Mono vs oll.am

Mono vs oll.am — multi-model chat, two philosophies

Mono (mono.chat) is a multi-model aggregator: one subscription routes each prompt to the “best” model across OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity and more, in a cloud PWA. It markets light privacy (EU hosting, no training on your data).

The honest difference

Mono is subscription, cloud-only. oll.am is the opposite by design: pay once, run on-device — any AI model without a subscription. Both are legitimate; here’s the contrast so you can pick what fits.
